Dear Matrix Member: 

We are writing to share some good news. Effective immediately, all Matrix memberships have been transferred to Spa 23 and Spa 23 will continue to honor your current monthly dues.  Spa 23 will also honor prepaid Matrix memberships for their contractual term.  Spa 23 will also be honoring all outstanding personal training and Gravity sessions for a period of three months. 

Tuesday, March 17th will be Matrix’ last full day of group exercise schedule, Gravity classes and childcare and Matrix will close its doors on Friday March 20th at 5:00 PM.  

After evaluating all of the other health clubs in the area, the Matrix team is pleased that we are able to work with Spa 23 in providing you with an outstanding facility to continue to help you achieve your fitness goals. 

Spa 23 is a warm, friendly, and comfortable club with an excellent staff.  You will have the benefit of everything that Matrix offered, including Body Training Systems (BTS), plus you will enjoy Spa 23’s Indoor Olympic Pool, Aquacise, Kinesis Functional Training, whirlpools, private women’s fitness center, free nursery, juice bar and café, complimentary coffee and continental breakfast, and more.  You can also take advantage of racquetball, 24 hour memberships, martial arts, swim lessons, Teen Club, Kid’s Summer Camp, and many other programs.  

On April 1st, 2009 and every month thereafter, Spa 23 will continue to charge your credit card or checking account for your monthly dues at your current rate.  If, for some reason, you do not wish to continue your membership, you must cancel in writing, either by fax, email, letter, or personal delivery to Spa 23, at least four (4) days prior to the billing date.  If you do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation request within ten (10) days of your request, you must contact Spa 23 immediately. 

As a new Spa 23 member, you are entitled to a series of five complimentary (5) Personal Training Orientations so that you will feel comfortable using Spa 23’s equipment.  Simply call Spa 23 to schedule. 

Spa 23 is pleased to welcome you to our family, and we are busy preparing for your arrival.  In the next several weeks, we will make all necessary adjustments to insure your complete satisfaction.  If there is ever anything we can do to make your experience more pleasurable, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
